Did not finish book. Stopped at 20%.
Set up was absurd and the “fully consensual” BDSM scene was not so… it was dubious consent due to the threat beforehand.

Minotaur: Blooded by Naomi Lucas

It was very intense and the descriptions of the more gore like things, like the fighting and such, intrigued me. Romance falls a little flat but I still liked it by the end. Really just wanted to know more about the Minotaur Bathyr tribe but from what I’m reading that isn’t described much in the second book either… I’ll only move onto the second book if a third one comes out.

I dropped this book but I may pick it back up if the need to read the rest of the series arises. I enjoy book one and the world it created, but this one just bored me to tears… Literally I’ve fallen asleep reading it like 3 times now. Usually a book will keep me up because I want to read it so bad, but this one just doesn’t hold my attention at all.

I’m thinking about finding a synopsis online so that maybe I can read the other books in the series, I’m really curious about how Emma and Amy connect with their dragons.

If anyone wants to fill me in on how this book goes from chapter 22 onwards, feel free!
