Good read, very gripping. The pace was great kept me interested and all the characters were layered and well-written I’m excited to see how the 2nd book holds up.

This was a short but interesting read. Very poetic in terms of prose, if your looking for a short and quick read that’s a little existential then this is for you, I quite liked it so others a 3.25 from me😁

Love the art style, plot was interesting. Haven’t read the original so I have no clue how it compares but as a story on it's own this is a good read. I would recommend giving these manga classic adaptations a go they’re very fun and they do a great job at making classics more accessible since the language and dialogue are considerably easier to follow. 3.5⭐️

I don’t know how this compares to the original but as a story on it’s own it’s good, I love the art style chosen for this manga and it was long enough to have me caring about the characters. Well there’s that 3.25⭐️

While a lot of it is a bit out there, this is diction and so a slightly out there plot is really grounds to fault something on. I found this read to be a fun one, but it just wasn't the most incredible thing I've ever read. It was entertaining and the plot twist was pretty good, some of things could've been set up a little bit better but overall I had fun.

2.75, not bad, was fun but it wasn't my cup of tea I thought ut woukd be more magical realism and while it did have a little of that vibe at some point it fekt a little pointless, but it wasn't bad.

Intriguing, the concept is interesting, the art style is great. I think it would have benefitted from being a bit longer to help establish a bit more of a connection between the reader and the characters but overall I liked it.

Oh my god, that was insanely good! I really loved this read I mean the concept itself is amazing. The execution however is where the true masterpiece lies this was just amazing. Adrienne Young has a way with words, she kept me guessing and interested from start to end and the way the mystery to it was revealed piece by piece helped keep it genuinely "mysterious". I usually guess the plot as I read it and tend to get pretty close sometimes even spot on but this one took up until probably the last chapter or 2 before I managed to decipher anything.
Yokai Bestiary: How to Draw Eerie and Enchanting Japanese Ghouls and Monsters by Lance Red

The actual step by step drawing tutorials are easy to follow and the parts that tell you a bit about Yokai are interesting. If you like to draw this is a fun one to work on less conventional designs, and an added bonus if you like to draw and are a fan of wither anime, Japanese culture, mythology, paranormal or all of the above.
