I like the TV show more than the book. I feel like if I read this book during the original release my feelings may be different. The main characters actions had me questioning everything. I do like the narrator. She did a good job. 

I read a couple of books by Nikki Clarke and I really enjoyed this shifter romance book. I really enjoyed Valeena character because she was not going back to her sociopath brother without a fight. I love the fact that she calls him puppy when she was taking care of a wolf. I love that Godwin protected Valeena throughout this book. Godwin and Valeeen chemistry was really nice and I will be reading more books in this series. 

Honor and Peace had a summer fling that turned into more. Overall I like this couple because I feel like  Peace wanted something different than her boring ex-boyfriend. 

The FMC in this book played no games.

I have mixed feelings shout this book.I feel like at the beginning I really enjoyed it however around 60% I was confused as to the direction of the book. I wish the book was longer to kind of flush put some of the questions I had with the brothers and the female main character. Like I know she went to school with one of the men but I wish I had more background story of how the men became close friend's. When the GMC found out that khari had a daughter when he was in the hospital and she started taking care of her with his friends\brothers that was weird. 

Ari and Constantin story took me on a wild read. Constantin had me on the edge of my seat because he was not playing with making Ari his wife. This could was wild and crazy so a perfect match for each other. The fact that Ari packed a baseball bat and bear mace to destroy that man mansion was wild, the fact that Constantin eat the cat when aunt flow was present was even crazier. This book was Darkkkk….

This book is my first read by this author and she had me on my toes to the very end. I felt like I couldn't guess how this story was going to end. Overall cute read for  the Halloween season.

I read a lot of books by CCJ and this novella is one of my favorites books from her. I love the characters and the plot of this book especially black vampires. I look forward to reading more book in this series. 

I really enjoyed this cute and spicy short. This is my second read by her and I really enjoy her books. I will be reading more books  by her

I really enjoyed this story and I will be reading book 2 with my bookclub. Bryan has audacity in the world in this book. This book was a cute and spicy read.
