Light reading for a change. Glad I borrowed this book. I laughed just about the whole time reading this book. I now want to read the rest of the series.

Wow! That's about the gist of it without giving away any spoilers. Lots of surprises, twists, and turns. The only thing is that you absolutely have to start from the first book of the series to truly appreciate the story line.

It wasn't as good as some of the other Pendergast books. It was a chore for me to "slog" through the Arthur Conan Doyle parts, but I managed somehow.

Now I know why I dislike ventriloquist dummies.

Another great and exciting read from Preston & Child. Do you know what Triflic Acid and Thismia Americana are? I didn't until I read this book.

Why did the authors even bother to write this, is my question. A very short read and so dissatisfying.
