I had high hopes for this book but it was ultimately disappointing for me. Maybe I would have appreciated this better if: (1) I'm at that stage of life where I was interested the hedonistic themes presented in this autofiction, and (2) I haven't read her previous works prior to picking this one (Terminal Boredom & Hit Parade of Tears were definitely more interesting than this one).
