It is everything I expected it to be and not at all at the same time. We all, perhaps all, know the story of Alice in Wonderland. A young girl falling down a rabbit hole and ending up in the whimsical land of Wonderland. Meeting all sorts of interesting characters. The Queen and King of Hearts, The Mad Hatter (My personal favorite), and Chesire cat and so one and so forth. Despite the fact that I knew going in that Alice’s Adventure’s in Wonderland was nonsense literature. That its very point teemed on the fact that it wasn’t supposed to make sense, I was still unprepared for the full extent of its randomness. Something I genuinely enjoyed very much. It was so different. The characters, although written to be very rude at times, were so colorful and charming. Everything I could want from a whimsical tale like this.
