A classic well worth reading, especially I these troubled times. It puts in plain words the complex dynamics that are at play when power is up for grabs. It shows very clearly how a system is doomed to become that which it swore it would never be if there is no effort to deconstruct and understand how the system came to be i and the first place. It also shows how essential education of the population at all levels is in order to break the cycle and keep the patterns from reemerging.
It's a true mark of quality to have a book be written almost a century ago and it still rings true today.
