This is the best one yet! The couple is adorable and the bond between them very deep and emotional. I loved learning more about Dar’ax as he slowly opened up to Heidi. She’s a good fl but she was also a little boring, I wish we learned more about her life… there were a couple snippets here and there but not much. She’s a great woman for Dar’ax though, she has the perfect personality for him.

This was more driven by emotions than actions and I really appreciate that in a book, especially since there was a lot of action in the previous books. I’m looking forward to the next one!
