This was such a sweet continuation of Lily and Atlas’ love story. I loved him in the first book and I loved him even more in this one. I’m so glad that Lily was finally able to move on from her abusive past and be happy with Atlas, and I’m happy that he found peace in his life too.
I actually really enjoyed the story of Josh and Atlas finding each other and their relationship with Theo was so cute, he’s definitely a top tier character in this book.
It’s safe to say I still fucking hate Ryle and he made me want to throw this book at a wall, he deserved every bit of shit that Lily gave him. Colleen continued to write the abuse storyline so well as at some points you were kinda hoping Ryle had finally sorted his shit out but I’m so glad he got what was coming.
Special shout-out to Alyssa and Marshall for being the best friends to Lily.
Overall, I enjoyed reading this sequel and it was fun and lighthearted just as Colleen promised.
