DAISY DARKER had me on the edge of my seat through at least the last half. I couldn't believe how awful the people in Daisy's family were. There didn't seem to be a decent one among them. And of course, once people started dying, it was a race to find out who the killer was among them. And why were they all ignoring Daisy in the present and horrible to her in the past?⁣

The first half of this book gave me vibes of the movie π˜’π˜―π˜ͺ𝘷𝘦𝘴 π˜–π˜Άπ˜΅ but later more of a 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘦 vibe. Of course, I loved that Nana's character was an author. ⁣

I'm so glad I listened to the audiobook, as well, because it sucked me in even more. The creepy vibe carried over into the narration so expertly and I will definitely be hunting down more of Stephanie Racine's works. ⁣

This was my first Alice Feeney book and I guarantee it won't be my last!⁣
