I wasn't interested, I wasn't scared, and I wasn't invested. The MC had some annoying traits, and I didn't appreciate the demonization of mental illness even if it turned out that wasn't the root of the horror by the end (I didn't get far enough to know). The characters were just kind of annoying, and I wasn't scared or on edge.
