God you have to LOVE a queer alien romance with a nonbinary alien! My biggest complaint about science fiction romances is how cisheteronormative they are, and this book is a great example of being expansive surrounding gender! Moss is a nonbinary alien, and the whole plot DOESN'T revolve around it, as often books that feature a trans character make it the whole plot (which drives me crazy! let the trans characters just vibe!) This is a sweet and EXTREMELY spicy book. I'm not the most kink oriented person but even I was into the BDSM / kink dynamics. 10/10, a fantastic read!
