Listened to this one as an audiobook and was hooked right from the start! I really enjoy non fiction audio books and thought this was told so well. 
The descriptions of medical procedures and equipment didn't even go over my head and I really enjoyed how the author fleshed out all the characters and told their back stories. And particular attention to those patients that lost their lives, giving them a voice and telling their stories was done very well, especially when they would have been just labelled as victims and numbers in the case. 
Very interesting and will be looking into the documentary too !
