The Free Black Women’s Library Reading Challenge invites book lovers and bibliophiles to read 24 books written by Black women and Black non-binary writers by December 31 2025. 

PLEASE DO NOT ADD BOOK TITLES THAT ARE NOT WRITTEN BY BLACK WOMEN OR BLACK NON-BINARY FOLKS TO THIS CHALLENGE!!! PLEASE DO NO ADD BOOKS BY NON BLACK WOMEN OR MALE AUTHORS TO THE PROMPT SUGGESTIONS!!

THERE ARE FOLKS ADDING BOOKS TO THE PROMPTS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS CHALLENGE, PLEASE BE SELECTIVE WHEN CHOOSING YOUR READS.

This challenge started in 2017 and begins every January 5 and lasts for the entire year.
