The main novels are ordered by publication date. The note for each book says what theme/sub-series it fits into.
Short stories & companion books are marked as "bonus books" and put directly after the book they follow in the sub-series (not too concerned with exact publication date order for these).
The four science novels are at the end.
As far as editions/covers go, I just selected the default on StoryGraph since that was faster. Sorry for the lack of visual cohesion!
